Biomedical Technologies
Master of ScienceThe consecutive Master’s program in Biomedical Technologies at the University of Tübingen spans two academic years, and is run by the Faculty of Medicine in close collaboration with the Faculty of Science. The interdisciplinary approach is characterized by practice-oriented teaching and an international environment, always with the goal to qualify students for an excellent career in the field of biomedical technologies, with a special focus on integrating the areas of implantology, bioimaging and nanoanalytics / interfaces.
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates may choose to continue their studies by directly pursuing a doctorate in biomedical technologies. Alternatively, you may choose to embark upon a professional career in the design, development, and production of medical devices and instruments for clinical application, biological surfaces for implant materials as well as in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
